Harvest-PFP is a new generation polyurethane foam system, which has Zero ODP (Ozone Depleting Potential) , without any CFC/HCFC. Manufactured with Harvest's exclusive mold foaming process, Harvest PFP foam performs high strength and excellent thermal insulation at cryogenic temperatures. Harvest-PFF foam has been fully tested by international test laboratories with excellent cryogenic performances. The service temperature ranges from -196℃ to +80℃. It is suitable for cryogenic and cold insulation services, such as LNG, LPG, LEG and LN2.

Harvest-SPF spray system comprises two main materials: Polyurethane Foam and Polymeric Coating. The Polyurethane foam is the new generation environment-friendly polyurethane system, which contains no CFC/HCFC and has Zero ODP (Ozone Depleting Potential). The foam system has high mechanical strength and excellent thermal insulation performance. Especially it shows premium physical properties at cryogenic temperatures, which makes it an excellent material for LNG, LPG, and LEG cargo tank insulation. The Polymeric coating is applied onto the outer surface of polyurethane foam. The coating has excellent mechanical properties, waterproof, moisture barrier and flame retardance, which make it an ideal protection layer to protect the whole cargo tank insulation system. Harvest-SPF spray system is fully bonded to the cargo tank surface. It is flexible enough to follow the cargo tank contraction and expansion. The whole system gives the cargo tank a seamless insulation.

Harvest Pre-insulation pipe system is a innovative solution to the installation of complex pipeline insulation. Pre-insulation is particularly suitable for LNG, liquefied gas and petrochemical plants. The design philosophy is insulation before work site. Most of the insulation installation will be finished at the workshop, which giving it multiple advantages. Pre-insulation pipes benefits the Owner, the EPC contractor and the insulation contractor applying the system.
